In 1941, Roosevelt's State of the Union address addressed the topic of X. He said, "In the future days, which we seek to make secure, we look forward to a world founded upon four essential X. ... (description of the X follows) ...
That is no vision of a distant millennium. It is a definite basis for a kind of world attainable in our own time and generation. That kind of world is the very antithesis of the so-called new order of tyranny which the dictators seek to create with the crash of a bomb."
Normal Rockwell, an American artist of that time, produced a series of oil paintings depicting each of the four X (shown in the montage below). Though created in response to world war II, the paintings have developed an iconic identity and are now part of America's cultural and social fabric.

Four freedoms- of speech, faith, from hunger and from disease.
X - foundations
possibly 3 of the four X - freedom of speech, food, family.
X = Human freedoms. The four freedoms from Roosevelt's speech are freedom of speech and expression, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.
Congrats to Anonymous, Rahul and Dev for getting X and coming close to getting the four freedoms right.
