A good quiz question is one that gives you clues through which you can figure out the answer, even if you don't know the answer immediately. A trivia question is certainly NOT a good quiz question.

Something to do with elections. The number of seats according to population?
US house of representatives for congress.

The Electoral votes = # of Senators + # of Representatives.
So am I not right. even though I wikied.
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands ect have a seat in the House of Reps, but have no Electoral Votes...guess that is the key difference.
