Liberia? That country was formed by freed American slaves. Perhaps its capital is named after the American president who "freed" them?

The other country is Liberia, named after Monroe, called Monrovia?

The answer is Liberia. Liberia was formed by freed American slaves and they named the capital Monrovia in honor of US President James Monroe, a prominent supporter of the colonization of Liberia. Congrats Rahul and B.
