A good quiz question is one that gives you clues through which you can figure out the answer, even if you don't know the answer immediately. A trivia question is certainly NOT a good quiz question.

Donald Knuth, for finding an error in "The Art of Computer Programming" series.
Some more related trivia: The reason the award is 2.56$ is coz it is 1$ in hex.
More trivia: TeX version numbers go like 3 3.1 3.14 3.141 3.1415 etc, and Metafont's version numbers go like 2 2.7 2.71 2.718 etc.
