Gandhi fought the war of independence against the British, the nationality of Peterson, just as Tipu Sultan whose sword is now owned by Vijay Mallya?

My guess for the connect would be Vijay Mallya (or some other wealthy investor) buying back Indian treasures from the British.

The first visual looks like Gandhiji's belongings that were auctioned off recently, which it is rumoured that the Indian Govt. got Mallaya's agents to acquire. Mallaya is shown in the second, probably with Tipu's sword that he also acquired in an auction. The third visual is Kevin Pietersen, who I am guessing was auctioned off to Mallaya's IPL team too. So, I can connect 2 to 1 and 3 via auctions...
The 3 pics are Gandhi's stuff, Tipu Sultan's sword and KP. I don't know the connect but something to do with the auction of the first two, don't know how KP was involved.

The second picture is that of Vijay Mallya, whose team Kevin Pieterson (third picture) plays in. The first picture shows some of the personal effects of Gandhi, which Mallya has bid on at auctions.
