You are referring to the inverted Turing test, which we perform everyday by solving the captcha, in order to post on the blog ?

I may be way off here...
For some reason, I think the picture is of Neil Patrick Harris who plays Barney on HIMYM. And he loves Laser Tag.
So I am gonna say the action is 'Tagging'
The action is - answering CAPTCHAs.
The person in the picture is Alan Turing. The colors in the picture are reversed.
CAPTCHAs are a form of "reverse Turing test", in which a computer judge is trying to verify the identity (human/computer) of the entity taking the test.
[Conventionally, the Turing test is conceived as having a human judge and a computer subject which attempts to appear human.]
